Stick Flex Profile

This stick uses a low kick point. Low kick points bend closer to the hosel for a quicker and whippier feel. The flex profile allows you to lean into your shots easily and helps create faster energy transfer into the blade.

Shaft Construction & Stiffness

UD carbon material is created into the shaft, giving players a reliable and durable shaft. The technology makes the shaft lightweight and incredibly strong. Additionally, the rounded corners provides players with a better feel in their hands, when holding onto their sticks.

Blade Construction

The blade is made up of UD carbon fiber which provides the stick with a reliable and durable blade. The carbon fiber is designed to keep the blade intact for longer, preventing any cracks or breaking frequently.

Grip

The Bauer Vapor X3 comes with a tacky grip finish. This helps players keep control of their sticks for passing, shooting, and stick handling.

Blade Patterns, Flex & Stick Length

The Bauer Vapor X3 Senior Hockey Stick is available in blade patterns: P28, P92, P88.

P92 is the best blade pattern for all-around play, with a mid-curve style. It is great at handling the puck in small spaces, including face-offs.

P28 is a much more aggressive stick pattern, used often by elite players. This blade curve specializes in quick and accurate shots, but it can be difficult to get used to since it is also very good at raising the puck.

P88 is a relatively traditional curve. A popular choice in the past, it excels greatly in stickhandling, quick wrist shots, and controlling snap shots.
