DESCRIPTION

Transform your xTiles into a high-end slideboard with our xTiles Slideboard Pushers and Slide Booties. Getting started is a breeze by simply connecting the xTiles Slideboard Puhsers onto one, two or three individual xTiles (sold separately). This allows you to choose the training width that suits your specific training needs. The xTiles Slideboard Pushers are constructed with premium wood end-stops that are ergonomically angled to provide you with a premium slideboard experience. Slideboard training allows players to work on their overall fitness, and mimics a skating motion in order to work the specific leg muscles utilized in skating. As you become more comfortable and proficient on the xSlideboard, add some specific hockey stickhandling to your routine. Check out our drill videos for some great training suggestions.

USAGE

The xTiles SlideBoard Pushers attach to your existing xTiles Set-up and snap together in the same way the xTiles currently do. Once connected and set up, simply put on your training shoes and slip the xSlideBoard Booties over your shoes.
