Intro & New Features

Introducing the Bauer Vapor FlyPro elbow pads, a new addition to the Vapor protective collection in 2025. It is crafted to be an ideal option for the agile player on the ice. Similar to the rest of the Vapor protective line, the elbow pads have many great features like low profile elbow caps, floating bicep protection with foams inserts and adjustable straps to get a snug and secure fit.

Construction

The elbow protection is made up of a 3-piece construction. This design allows for great mobility while playing so that players aren’t feeling restricted while using these elbow pads. Each piece is light and able to move independently based on the player’s movements, and the strapping with 360 forearm protection helps to keep everything in place.

Bicep & Forearm Protection

The biceps are protected with molded PE foam inserts. The floating bicep protection covers the bicep and protects it from impacts of all force to ensure a safe and reliable option. Moving down the arm, Bauer has the forearms protected with a 360 molded design with added Hyperlite foams. This is designed to completely wrap the forearms with padding to provide comfort, but also durability from impacts.

Elbow Caps

The FlyPro elbow pads feature all-new low profile ergonomic elbow caps. The durable outer material and comfort padding allow the elbow to sit in place when adjusted correctly, not allowing for any unwanted movements. The elbow caps low profile design ensures a snug and deeper fit, this promotes a contoured feel, allowing players to move freely and not worry about feeling restricted.

Strapping System

The Vapor FlyPro elbow pads can be secured and adjusted with the comfort anchor strap. The strap is designed to lock your elbow securely into the pad. With a velcro strap at the forearm and bicep, when adjusted to a snug fit, the elbow pads wont shift, keeping the players protected.

Liner

The Thermomax+ liner is featured on the FlyPro elbow pads and is designed to wick away moisture and keep the gear lightweight. It also regulates temperature within the pads, keeping players cool and dry while on the ice.

Sizes

The Bauer Vapor FlyPro Junior Hockey Elbow Pads are available in sizes Small and Medium.
