The SmartHockey Strength Training Puck is designed to help improve the strength of your shot. This puck weighs twice as much as a normal puck, strengthening your forearms and wrists for harder, quicker shots and better accuracy. The slick outer shell is designed to slide on shooting boards the same way a puck slides on ice allowing players to keep the same rhythm and tempo when stickhandling and shooting on the ice. The one piece outer shell allows players to shoot this as hard as they want without fear of breaking it.
